MT governor Bullock wants state to publicly fund preschool, believes so strongly in the issue that he's helping a nonprofit with PR and fundraising.
"As Gov. Steve Bullock pushes his proposal to publicly fund preschool, he’s getting help from a new nonprofit group that has hired a public-relations firm -- and he’s helping the group raise money. 'The governor was happy that citizens and volunteers are supporting (his proposal),' spokesman Dave Parker said Tuesday.
