The agency contracted by the state of Florida to handle the charitable contributions of their  employees is under investigation for failing to contribute to the final charities.

"A Florida lawmaker isn’t buying the bureaucracy’s response to an audit of the state's charitable giving program.

"An Auditor General’s report on the Florida State Employees' Charitable Campaign is highly critical of the lack of oversight by the Department of Management Services. An investigation by the Tallahassee Democrat found that most of the money was consumed by Solix, a New Jersey company hired as the campaign's fiscal agent, to cover expenses and never made it to the designated charitable organization."--James Call, the Tallahassee Democrat
