Carmen Sapara
Carmen Sapara is Managing Consultant, Talent Solutions at American Philanthropic, where she is responsible for leading strategy on multiple talent solutions engagements for clients, cultivating strong client relationships, overseeing the talent solutions team and refining processes and deliverables.
Before joining AmPhil, Carmen was Director of Talent Acquisition for Forian, a Life Science analytics start-up. There she developed technical talent pipelines as well as marketed the internal talent platform for recruiting initiatives. Prior to Forian, Carmen provided client services and patient navigation for both Lingraphica and ProCure, companies within the oncology healthcare and medical device sectors. At these organizations, she implemented industry-first programs that served diverse patients from across the US and globally. In addition, her start in the talent solutions field began at Shain Associates, a search firm where she was manager.
Carmen has a BS in Education, graduating with honors from Adelphi University. She lives in beautiful Bucks County, PA with her wonderful husband. In their spare time, they are renovating their 1863 Victorian farmhouse.
