Catholic Charities has received a $27M five-year renewal contract with the state of New York to run their Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.
"Catholic Charities of Buffalo will continue to provide Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program services in Niagara and Erie counties.
"Through a competitive bid process, the state health department awarded Catholic Charities a five-year, $27 million contract to provide services beginning Oct. 1. The contract has the non-profit organization also providing services in Chautauqua County for the first time."--the Lockport Union Sun & Journal
