Houston's Christian Youth Theater was robbed of AC by thieves posing as repairmen; now they need $25K to replace the stolen parts.
"Thieves posing as air conditioning repairmen ripped apart 10 rooftop air conditioning units at a northwest Harris County building leaving a non-profit youth theater group with an estimated $25,000 repair bill. 'It is frustrating. Very frustrating,' said Rob Hollbrook with Christian Youth Theater, an after school theater arts program that trains children ages 8 to 18 in Broadway style productions....And over the course of two weekends, the thieves ripped apart every single air conditioning unit on the roof, taking the valuable motors, compressors, and coils." --Kevin Reece, KHOU.com
