Pennsylvania grand jury rules 3 employees guilty of embezzling $1.2 million from welfare-to-work nonprofit National Comprehensive Center for Fathers.

"A former state welfare official and two nonprofit leaders have been accused of stealing $1.25 million from a welfare-to-work program. A whistleblower led a grand jury to investigate the alleged scheme, which involved a state program to help parolees and other men become better fathers, Attorney General Kathleen Kane said Wednesday." -- Maryclaire Dale, Associated Press
