Famed UK charity Oxfam finds itself with nearly $28m decrease in 2012 income; plus, shop traffic is down and so is quality of donated items.

Oxfam’s overall income fell by almost £18 million last year with both its shops and fundraising events hit by pressures on family finances, its chair said today.
