The Rogers farm was first in Ann Arbor, MI; now, a conservation-easement agreement with Legacy Land Conservancy will protect 240 acres of it.

"The Kendall Rogers farm, working with the nonprofit Legacy Land Conservancy, has placed a conservation easement agreement on 159 acres of the farmland to ensure that it will also have more staying power than most. . . . Through three separate agreements, a total of 240 acres of the 460-acre farm is now protected from future development.
